Which clinic is right for you?
$60 (Minimum of 3 & maximum of 10 participants)
A swim clinic for the beginner swimmer with little to no formal stroke instruction. This clinic is devoted to educating the swimmer of what is expected in the freestyle stroke, improving body position in the water, and building a foundation for efficient swimming.
$85 (Minimum of 2 & maximum of 5 participants)
This clinic is for the intermediate/advanced swimmer who is comfortable with lap swimming. We dive right into the freestyle stroke by breaking it down into phases, teaching the best techniques, and providing drills and cues for the athlete to discover more efficiency in the water. Participants will be filmed at the beginning and the end of the class. A personalized stroke review will be sent along with the video clips.
$60 (Minimum of 2 & maximum of 10 participants)
A clinic held at Clermont's beautiful Waterfront Park on Palm St. The open water clinic covers everything about the triathlon/open water swim...starting with how to prepare yourself before entering the water until you are running into T1. This is perfect for beginner athletes wanting to experience open water and feel more comfortable. It is also great for intermediate and advanced athletes looking to gain a big or small advantages on their competition in your next race.
$200 for 8 x 1 hour classes (Minimum of 2 & maximum of 6 participants)
Pre Masters is a 4-week program (2 swims per week) for adults to learn everything about swimming! Join Coach Sara and Coach Misty at the Celebration Fitness Center pool on Monday and Wednesday evenings from 6:30-7:30p. The course will cover swimming terms and vocabulary, technique in all four strokes, touch-turns and flip-turns, training equipment, group swim etiquette, and much more!
After the final class, you will receive your Certificate of Completion and a coupon for 1-Month free membership to CFMS swim practice!
